The True Light Baptist Church Marriage Ministry

The Marriage Ministry seeks to provide a warm and supportive environment that encourages and ministers to the married couples in our church family. The goals of the ministry are threefold:

Strengthen the spiritual foundation of married couples by acknowledging God as the head of the household.
Maintain, enrich, renew and rejuvenate Christ-centered marriages through workshops that focus on practical application of spiritual principles.
Encourage married couples to come together for Christian fellowship and social functions.

2010 Marriage Ministry Retreat

Twenty couples spent two days learning how to enrich their marriages at the 2010 Married Ministry Retreat at the Loews Hotel Denver. Pastor Willam T. Golson and Mrs. Melvia Golson led inspiring sessions from the series “Marriage Built to Last” by Chip Ingram. The weekend ended with a romantic dinner dance.
